Hi,
I believe Bedok North Woods has yet to reach your 5 year MOP, so may I understand if you have gotten special approval for selling? If so, the estimated valuation is around 700k to 800k range. It also depends on unit size, floor level and unit condition and if any ethnic quota restrictions. I do have buyers working looking at newer flats in bedok here, please contact me at 97432395 for further discussion.
May I have more info and requirements about your plans so as to make better recommendations? Thanks and look forward to value-add to your housing plans.

Your house has not reached the MOP yet and therefore it is hard to estimate a value. However if we were to looked at the transaction price of the newer 4 room flats in Bedok, they are transacted in the region of 800k.
